A Good Night’s sleep

A Good Night’s sleep

Spring is here, hurrah, and so are the lighter mornings. This is great news for when you want to get up and at ’em but less so if you’re getting woken up earlier than you’d choose, either by the daylight or by the little people in your household wanting to get up and play. It’s common knowledge that a good night’s sleep is essential if you want to function well during the day. Ask any new parent!

If waking early is a problem because the sun is peeking in, have you considered if changing your curtains and blinds might be a solution? Whilst total blackout is not really a feasible option (unless you brick up the window!) different window treatments can certainly be a real help.

Dimout roller blinds and dimout linings on curtains and Roman blinds really do make a big difference and for maximum light exclusion, I always recommend adding a pelmet too as this stops the light creeping behind and up.

For the super sensitive Perfect Fit blinds from Rol-lite (where the blind is fitted to the window itself) may be an option and I can supply and fit these for you.
